HOT DIP GALVANIZED WATER TANK

Hot dip galvanized water tank is a new type of water tank manufacturing production,the product manufacturing, insallation are not affected by civil construction, no welding equipment, a stretch molding, to prevent secondary pollution of water quality, in line with the construction product standardization, systematization, factory requirements.

HDG water tank is punched by Q235 into2*1m, 2*0.5m, 1.5m*1m, 1.5*0.5m, 1.22*1.22m, 1m*1m, 1m*0.5m, and 0.5*0.5m,etc standard panels,drilling around,after HDG treatment, assembly at site.
 

When combined, the gap between two standard panels is sealed by silicon pad,connected by bolts.

The product is suitable for storage of building water supply, regulating water tank, expansion of heating system, condensate tank and construction, geological reconnaissance, industrial, national defense engineering and other temporary storage tanks. Water storage capacity from 1 cubic meter to 3000 cubic meters, height up to 6 meters.

1. Material
The sectional panel tank shall consist of 4' x 4' or 1 meter x 1 meter,1 meter x 0.5 meter panel manufactured from 1.5mm to 4.0mm thickness according to requirement.

2. Flanges
The sectional panels shall be pressed to double flanges at the angles of 45 degree and 90 degree to the face of the plate on four sides.

3. Reinforcement Method
All tanks are internally braced with angle stays to endure the rigidity of the tank when filled with the water. The Top panel is supported by top panel support, which shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 or 316 material according to requirement.

4. Accessories
1. Bolt. nut & washers stainless steel 304 material.
2. Sealing material Non-toxic P.V.C foam tape shall be used in between the joints.
3. Covers The tank cover shall be constructed from 1.2mm to 3.0mm of thickness stainless steel 304 material according to the requirement.
4. Ladders and Level Indicator
Internal & external ladder shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 material.
