Ladder tray has the cables supported by a traverse bar, similarly to the rungs of a ladder. Ladder and ventilated trays may have solid covers to protect cables from falling objects, dust, and water. Tray covers for use outdoors or in dusty locations may have a peaked shape to shed debris including dust, ice or snow.

Pultrusion process:
During the pultrusion process, the raw materials are pulled through a heated steel forming die using a continuous pulling device by pultrusion technology.

FRP Ladder cable tray Ladder Cable Tray systems consists of two longitudinal side members connected by individual transverse members, and is designed for use as a power cable or control cable support system FRP cable trunking It is a full-closed cable trays, which is applied to the laying of cables, telecommunications cables, thermocouple cables and other highly sensitive system of control cables. FRP tray type cable tray It is a structure consisting of bottom (ventilated or solid) with the longitudinal siderails.
Installation: A complete FRP cable tray is composed of straight, horizontal bend, horizontal tee, horizontal cross, straight reducer, left reducer, right reducer, vertical outside bend, vertical inside bend connected with splice plates, clamps, brackets, etc. OUR FRP Cable Trays are suitable for indoor & outdoor use in all climatic conditions. They may be horizontally laid as in a cable channel along with roof beams. Alternatively FRP Cable Tray may be vertically laid along walls or on structure. The cable Trays should be supported on M S wall bracket or hanger. Separate support should be provided for accessories like elbows, tees cross joints etc. Maximum span between supports should be 2.0 Meters to limit deflection.
