The 1220 * 4920 * 38mm FRP grating mold is a non-standard model of FRP molded grating machine. As cars gradually become more common in everyday homes, and with the rise of car beauty shops around them, FRP grating is gaining popularity in the field of caravans. This has helped establish a market for fiberglass car grilles, creating a new area of expansion for FRP grating. We have designed this mold according to this market trend, as it can also produce 3660mm and 4000mm grid plates in length. As soon as the mold was launched, it immediately received strong interest from fiberglass grille manufacturers.
Mold Forming Surface Size: 1220 * 4920 * 40mm. The mold can also produce FRP grating in arbitrary specifications, such as 1220 * 3660mm or 1220 * 4000mm.

Module Material and Technology:
The module is made of high-quality #45 steel. After cutting, grinding, milling, drilling, chamfering, polishing, and hard chrome plating, the module undergoes eight processes to ensure precision. The plating process is strictly controlled, with a coating thickness of 0.05-0.07mm on the surface of the module.

The color is customized according to customer requirements. The standard factory color for the general-purpose motor array is used for the grating equipment.
Roof Thickness:
The roof thickness is 14mm, made from S45C steel. The roof surface is trimmed using a milling machine and polished with a large-scale sanding machine for high-speed polishing.
Bottom Plate Thickness:
The bottom plate thickness is 14mm, made from Q235A steel, and processed by a large gantry milling machine.
Stroke Part:
The stroke of the equipment refers to the central part of the mold's movement. We use a 25mm thick S45C steel plate, precision-machined with a milling machine to ensure strict fit. The stroke is supported by eight 45mm square steel bars, ensuring smooth operation of the entire stroke. The cylinder size is 110mm in diameter and 350mm in length, made from Q235A forged steel to withstand high pressure.
Mold Overall Appearance:
The overall mold size is 1300mm (width) * 5730mm (length) * 850mm (height). The height of the mold can be adjusted according to the customer's grating production process. For example, if the customer chooses a single-pull yarn process, the mold height is generally not more than 750mm.
