FRP pultrusion is one of the new FRP production process, formation easily, the main material is fiberglass and resin this is a continuous process for manufacturing products having constant cross parts such as structural shape stock rods, beams, channels, pipes, tubes, fishing rods.
Pultrusion is a continuous printing process that can produce FRP products from much longer constant parts. The raw material contains mixed liquid resins (including resins, fillers and special addictives) and reinforsed fibers (including roving fiberglass, mats and fabrics). Reinforced fibers are drawn by traction devices, wetted by mixed resins extruded into a specific shape through heated dies and released into constant FRP profiles.
This production line can be used to produce various sizes and types of FRP products with different molds. It's completely auautomatic, so it only needs one person to operate the machine, to keep the manpower at maximum.
The hydraulic type pultrusion machine is controlled by PLC which adopts hydraulic pressure to-and-fro as traction force with pneumatic length-fixing cutting.
