Safety
1 Inner layer: Adopting premium Q235-B steel plate, it is thicker than the commonsingle layer steel tank
(5mm thick) and the strength is improved sharply.2.Quter layer: The thickness of FRP lamination is more
than 4 mm, lt possessexcellent property such as compression resistant,shock resistant,corrosion resistantand
electrochemical corrosion resistant.3 The inter layer space is formed by sole technology;the leakage detector
keeps 24hours monitoring, to avoid the hidden trouble absolutely.
Environment protection
1.The outer FRP lamination can prevent the contamination of the soil and watersource from the leakage.
2. The outer FRP lamination can't produce electrochemical reaction withunderground water or salt water
3. The outer FRP lamination can't produce chemical reaction with gasoline,diesel,and gasoline including lead.
4. The installation of the leakage detector is convenient; the sensor is enteredinside the monitoring pipe is OK.
The output will be connected with monitor deviceand power source,and then can keep the monitoring 24 hours.
5. lt is very convenient to check and maintain the leakage monitoring system,andprotect the soil and water
ecological environment.
Economy
1. The service life of the S/F double layers oil tank is 3~5 times of the commonsingle layer oil tank,at least 30 years.
The convenient installation can shorten theconstruction period and decrease the cost input.
2. Remote monitor system is convenient to the daily and periodic inspection and test;the digital control can release
the complicated manual operation.
