On the basis of the principle of the original Mannheim furnace, the principle mechanism and the supporting process structure have been improved to achieve the purpose of complete reaction, stable product index and low energy consumption. In the absorption process, the new process is adopted to achieve high absorption rate and solve the problem of environmental pollution. At the same time, it can be equipped with intelligent control system to reduce the work intensity of staff, more accurate product control, real-time monitoring of various indicators data.
We have improved the purity of hydrochloric acid, a byproduct of potassium sulfate production, through many practices and process reforms with our customer, Inner Mongolia Potash Fertilizer Plant, so that it can be applied to more fields.
At the same time, we can provide customers with upstream product sulfuric acid(sulfur to acid),downsteam product potassium chloride technical support and equipment supply,to achieve the whole industrial chain design,production,installation and technical service work.
One furnace capacity is 10,000 t/y K2SO4 and 12,000 t/y hydrochloric acid (31% HCl)
