Product Description

FRP pultrusion is one of the new FRP production process, formation easily, the main material is fiberglass and resin this is a continuous process for manufacturing products having constant cross parts such as structural shape stock rods, beams, channels, pipes, tubes, fishing rods.

 

Pultrusion is a continuous printing process that can produce FRP products from much longer constant parts. The raw material contains mixed liquid resins (including resins, fillers and special addictives) and reinforsed fibers (including roving fiberglass, mats and fabrics). Reinforced fibers are drawn by traction devices, wetted by mixed resins extruded into a specific shape through heated dies and released into constant FRP profiles.

 

This production line can be used to produce various sizes and types of FRP products with different molds. It's completely auautomatic, so it only needs one person to operate the machine, to keep the manpower at maximum.

 

The hydraulic type pultrusion machine is controlled by PLC which adopts hydraulic pressure to-and-fro as traction force with pneumatic length-fixing cutting. 

 

 FRP pultrusion process:

With the other continuous yarn the fiberglass material and polyester mat fixed on the support will be drawn into the resin for dyeing, going in hot mold to form a special profile automatically.

 

FRP pultrusion & winding process:

In case of ensuring tensile strength, this process can bending strength and stiffness to increase the whole strength. It is also good for increasing the length/diameter ratio and reducing weight. Winding angle can be customized as per client's requirement to optimize product design.

 

Our machine characteristics: 1. Traction gantry make ordered as requested length 2. We use the latest technology: multi group pump source pump (to ensure the stability of forward speed). Hydraulically made of stacked clips (easy maintenance), and tension and clamping force can make stepless adjustments. 3. It has manual operated single and double gantry and double gantry automatic AC running function. Automatic intermittent time can be automatically set and actual production tension can be fed back with sensors. 4. Three stages of thermal temperature control temperature control device, to achieve automatic control of mold heating temperature.
