30T FRP Pultrusion Profile Production Line GRP Fiberglass Crawler Pultrusion Equipment
The hydraulic FRP/Fiberglass profiles pultrusion production line is controlled by PLC, has LCD display, and is a complete production unit integrating hydraulic reciprocating traction and pneumatic fixed-length cutting.
The overall unit consists of creel, dipping tank(resin tank), mold table, reciprocating tractor, cutting saw, product support rack, control system, etc.
It is equipped with various molds and can produce profiles with different cross-sectional sizes, such as FRP/Fiberglass round solid rods, I-beams, angle, square tubes, round tubes,FRP composite panels, cable tray, photovoltaic brackets, photovoltaic frames, wire troughs,etc.
FRP Pultrusion Machine Features:
1. Temperature control adopts high-precision, dual-display instruments
2. Digital display of traction speed
3. The hydraulic cylinder seals are imported, and the hydraulic system uses a low-noise, energy-saving variable pump.
4. With automatic alarm for oil temperature and oil level faults.
5. The hydraulic traction device has a variety of working modes to choose from, and the traction speed can be adjusted steplessly.
6. Using gear and rack for transverse cutting, pneumatic pressing, pneumatic tracking, and the cutting blade is toothlesssaw blade
